Hivecut is management software (SaaS) for barbershops and similar businesses: cash management, commissions, a live shop floor, appointments, clients, reports and a public page for each business. Hivecut is operated from Argentina. Hivecut provides the tool; it does not provide barbershop services and is not part of the relationship between a business and its clients.
Each barbershop or organization that uses Hivecut is an independent business, solely responsible for its operation and service, its prices and promotions, the accuracy of its information, its dealings with clients and staff, and its own legal, tax and employment obligations. Hivecut is not an employer, commercial intermediary or responsible for those obligations.
To use Hivecut you must be at least 18 and act on behalf of a business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. Clients who book online must sign in (for example, with Google).
Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes. The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically each month at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. Before you start paying, we tell you the price, the billing frequency and how to cancel.
If we change the price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. Since there is no minimum term, you can cancel before the new price applies, at no cost.
Payments are processed by a payment provider. Hivecut does not store card numbers.
The service has no minimum term. Either party may end the relationship at any time without penalty.
The business can cancel whenever it wants, by email or through the channels in the product: the service continues until the end of the period already paid and later periods are not charged. Amounts already paid are not refunded, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
Hivecut may end the service to a business with reasonable prior notice (for example, 30 days), except in cases of misuse, non-payment or breach of these terms, where it may end immediately.
After cancellation, the business can request an export of its data for a reasonable period; after that, the data may be deleted under our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hivecut will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service or third-party services (Google, infrastructure providers), and Hivecut's total liability will not exceed the amounts the business paid Hivecut in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We make a reasonable effort to keep the service running and to make it accessible, but we do not guarantee full conformance with accessibility standards. Each business is responsible for the content it publishes (texts, images and prices).
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. For the data a business loads about its staff and clients, Hivecut acts as a service provider on behalf of the business: we process it only to provide the service and following the business's instructions, we keep it confidential and secure, our providers are bound to the same purpose, we will notify the business without undue delay if a security incident affects that data, and we delete it after cancellation as described above. The business is responsible for informing its clients and staff and for having a legal basis to load their data.
The business authorizes Hivecut to mention it as a client and to share its name, brand (logo), city and images of its shop or of its use of the product on Hivecut's channels and social media, for promotional purposes, with no payment obligation. This authorization does not include the data of the business's clients. The business can ask at any time for a post to be removed or to be excluded from future mentions by writing to [email protected].
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and the competent courts of Argentina have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights the business has under the law of the place where it operates.
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will notify businesses with an account by email at least 30 days before they apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then. Contact: [email protected].
